
Claudia Cryer is the principal flutist of the Elmhurst Symphony, and
a member of the Chicago Sinfonietta Orchestra and the City Lights Orchestra. She has also had the pleasure of performing with the Joffrey Ballet, American Ballet Theater and the Royal Ballet. An active free-lancer, Ms. Cryer has performed with the Oregon Symphony, Lake Forest Symphony, Elgin Symphony, Rockford Symphony, Kankakee Symphony and the Chicago Chamber Orchestra. She has had the privilege of performing at Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., touring Europe and recording with the Chicago Sinfonietta on the Cedille label.

Nancy Hagen has a B.M. degree from Indiana University where she was a double major in piano and oboe. She has a master's degree in oboe performance from Northwestern University, where she studied with Ray Still. Nancy is the principal oboist with the Park Ridge Civic Orchestra and free-lances on oboe and English horn, as well as working as a piano soloist and accompanist. Among the other groups she performs with are the Churchjazz band and the Amber Trio. She has taught many students at all levels, including Concordia University and Valparaiso University.

Deborah Bulgrin (soprano) is one of Chicago's busiest voice teachers. She holds degrees from Ohio University and Washington State University, but feels her greatest education came from years of studying and performing in New York City. Her opera roles include Pamina, the Countess, Liu and Mimi, which she has performed to great acclaim in New York and Chicago.

Thomas Bulgrin (bassoon) is a graduate of the University of Wyoming and Brooklyn College of the City University of New York. In addition to the bassoon, he also plays the flutes, clarinets and saxophones. He has performed in New York with groups ranging from the Brooklyn Philharmonic to Broadway show orchestras, and in Chicago with numerous area symphonies, the Chicago Jazz Ensemble, City Lights Orchestra, and the Chicago Jazz Philharmonic, to name just a few.
